Consumer Court Complaint
A Consumer Court Complaint is a formal legal petition filed before the District Consumer Court under provincial Consumer Protection Acts (such as Punjab Consumer Protection Act 2005). It allows ordinary citizens to seek justice against fraudulent sellers, defective products, or poor services — without necessarily needing a lawyer.
