Important Note on Property Rates

Pakistani property rates vary significantly by:

  • Plot size — 3, 5, 7, 10, 1 Kanal, 2 Kanal
  • Phase/Block — different phases within the same scheme can vary by 30–50%
  • File vs possession — unballoted files trade at a discount vs developed possession plots
  • Corner vs non-corner — corner plots carry a 10–20% premium
  • Facing — park-facing, road-facing plots command higher prices
