Important Note on Property Rates
Pakistani property rates vary significantly by:
- Plot size — 3, 5, 7, 10, 1 Kanal, 2 Kanal
- Phase/Block — different phases within the same scheme can vary by 30–50%

- Corner vs non-corner — corner plots carry a 10–20% premium
