General Affidavit

A General Affidavit is a written, sworn statement of fact made voluntarily by an individual (the deponent) before a Notary Public, Oath Commissioner, or Magistrate. In Pakistan, affidavits are widely used in courts, NADRA offices, banks, educational institutions, and government departments to formally declare facts under oath.
