Gift Deed (Hiba Nama)
A Gift Deed (Hiba Nama) is a legal document through which a person voluntarily transfers ownership of their property to another person without any monetary consideration. In Pakistan, it is commonly used to transfer property to children, spouses or close relatives during one's lifetime.
