A Property Sale Deed (Baia Nama) is the primary legal document that records the transfer of ownership of immovable property from a seller to a buyer. In Pakistan, it must be executed on appropriate stamp paper and registered with the Sub-Registrar of the relevant district to be legally enforceable.
